New Hours of Service Regulations
to Retain 11 Hour Daily Driving Limits
In a move that was surprising to many, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) on Tuesday will publish new hours-of-service rules which basically maintains much of the current hours of service rules. There is also a new formula for the clock restart.
